Job Duties 1. Handle shipment operations, documentations, payment collection and complaints
2. Follow procedure as per SOP and other specified customer requirements
3. Alert for pre-notified port issues, service alterations, and other adverse external factors
4. Be responsible for system input timely and correctly
5. Exception handlings and manage service recovery
6. Prepare customers and operational reports
7. Handle customers and overseas enquiries for bookings and freight solutions
8. Ensure efficient and high level of service level is delivered
9. Ensure timeliness/data quality as per requirement and timely escalation of exception issues.
10. Coordinate with carriers, truckers, customs brokers, warehouse operators and other subcontractors to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
1. College graduate & CET-4 or above level.
2. At least 1-2 year logistics experience in Oc | |
