Mar.22--PORTS in northern Hebei posted a year-on-year 22.8 per cent increase in container throughput to 142,000 TEU in the first two months this year, reports Xinhua.

 

The collective cargo throughput increased 10.9 per cent to 134.83 million tonnes. While port of Qinhuangdao cargo volume fell 3.7 per cent to 42.17 million tonnes. Port of Tangshan cargo volume increased 18 per cent to 67.71 million tonnes. Port of Huanghua cargo increased 22.3 per cent to 24.95 million tonnes.
